Web Site Maintenance Agreement
This Web Site Maintenance Agreement sets out the terms under which Digital Snowball provides ongoing website maintenance and support services to clients.
Scope of Services
Our website maintenance services include: regular software updates (CMS, plugins, themes), security monitoring and patching, uptime monitoring, monthly backups, and minor content updates as agreed. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
Response Times
We aim to respond to all maintenance requests within one business day. Critical security issues will be addressed as a priority. Scheduled maintenance work will be carried out during agreed hours to minimise disruption.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing timely access to hosting credentials, domain management, and any third-party service accounts required to carry out maintenance work. The client is also responsible for providing accurate content for any updates requested.
Payment Terms
Maintenance services are invoiced monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. Digital Snowball reserves the right to suspend maintenance services in the event of non-payment.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due.
Limitation of Liability
Digital Snowball shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from website downtime or technical issues outside of our reasonable control.
